Requirements: Bachelors Degree (preferred) in Chemistry or scientific field; or Associate plus 2 years related chemistry laboratory experience; or equivalent years of related lab work experience. ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Play an important role at CIL by providing top notch customer service to our international clientele. As a member of our international customer service team, you will be responsible as the liaison between CIL and our international distributors and customers. You will take ownership to ensure needs of international distributors and customers are met. Duties include accurate and timely order entry and quotations, coordinating shipping schedules, as well as answering technical inquiries. You will work with your distributors and customers to close orders by following up on quotations and sales leads, promoting special offers, analyzing sales history to win repeat business.

GMP CHEMISTS
We have multiple opportunities for experienced chemists to work in our GMP chemistry lab executing standard synthesis of isotopically labeled targets and APIs following highly detailed SOPs or GMP batch records.
Qualified candidates will possess a BS in Chemistry, preferably Organic, plus 2 – 4 yrs. of related industry experience including 1 or more years in a cGMP chemical laboratory environment. Excellent communication skills & methodical lab technique are also required.
QUALITY CONTROL CHEMIST
CIL has an immediate opportunity for an analytical professional to join our QC team, conducting and analyzing raw and in-process materials in support of GMP and non GMP products in a fast paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Utilize the following techniques to characterize a wide variety of organic and inorganic chemicals : FT-NMR, GC/MS, GC, HPLC, FT-IR and wet chemistry tests.
• Perform sample analyses, routine instrument maintenance, data review and documentation of lab work.
• Perform tasks related to documentation and analytical test specifications for GMP materials including development of specifications, execution of summary calculations and data review.
Requirements:
• Position requires a MS/BS in Chemistry (preferably Organic) with a minimum of two years of industry experience in a regulated (cGMP) environment utilizing HPLC, GC/MS, and NMR.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and documentation practices including a minimum of two years of industry experience writing, executing and reviewing analytical method validations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
QA SPECIALIST

As the QA Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of an ISO 17025 Quality Management System. You will participate in Project meetings and internal audits. You will also aid in performing other Quality Assurance functions as appropriate (document writing/revisions, deviations, line clearances, continuous improvements and other administrative duties as needed) to ensure compliance with the QMS.
This position requires a BS in Science with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience with Quality Assurance in an ISO 17025 setting. Knowledge and/or experience in Guide 34, GMP and ISO 13485 is a plus.
